How POTSH Music handles unsolicited music, lyrics, creative materials, collaboration pitches, and employment submissions.
Please do not send unsolicited music, lyrics, artist concepts, scripts, treatments, business plans, confidential information, or creative materials unless POTSH has expressly requested them.
Any materials submitted through this site, email, forms, or social channels will be treated as non-confidential unless covered by a separate written agreement signed by POTSH.
By submitting materials, you represent that you own or control all rights necessary to submit them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
Review of a submission does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, payment obligation, credit obligation, or obligation to use, return, review, or respond to the submitted materials.
POTSH independently develops music, artist concepts, visuals, campaigns, stories, products, services, and business ideas. Similarity between a submitted idea and POTSH work does not imply copying, use, or compensation.

Do not include confidential information unless POTSH has entered into a written confidentiality agreement with you.
