Unless otherwise stated, POTSH sync submissions are intended to be one-stop or rights-controlled for efficient clearance.
For original works submitted for sync, POTSH does not knowingly use uncleared samples, protected third-party lyrics, unauthorized voice likenesses, misleading artist associations, or infringing third-party material.
Covers, remixes, mashups, interpolations, samples, and third-party materials are separately identified and cleared where required.
